Winter Solstice goes virtual! This morning on the show, Tim & Jess spoke to one of the performers for the event, Jess Hitchcock, about what you can expect on Sunday night.

It's the most special night on The Border's calendar, where we all come together to support one another and open up the conversation about mental health.

Instead of gathering at Albury's QEII Square, the Winter Solstice will be presented as a short film on Facebook from 6pm on June 21.

You're invited to gather in spirit from the comfort of your home, sit around a fire, share a meal or glass or wine and watch an intimate address from the speakers, spiritual leaders and musicians.

Jess chats about what it's like being part of the festival and what we can expect from her!

If you're struggling and need someone to talk to, you can call Lifeline on 13 11 14
