Take Part In The City2Lake Race And Support Local Griffith Can Assist Charity

This morning Claire & Brando caught up with Cheryl and Olga, volunteers for our local City2Lake race happening next month raising funds for Griffith Can Assist. 

The City2Lake Organising Group is a group of community-minded people who are making Griffith a better place with your help. 

Under Griffith Health Facilities Ltd, City2Lake was originally organised to raise funds for the construction of the St Vincent's Private Community Hospital. The group disbanded upon the completion of the project, but they're back again with a new focus to support Griffith Can Assist. 

The Griffith Can Assist charity provides direct financial assistance to local cancer patients who are financially traumatised due to their illness.

This year, City2Lake is aiming to raise $100,000 through sponsors, registration fees and donations. Join in the 9km race, take part in the fundraising challenge, or simply donate to support the cause.
