Last year, Melburnians were amazed by a colourful pop-up called Sugar Republic. The highly Instagrammable experience delighted fans of all things sweet with a massive bubblegum machine, fairy floss rooms, ice cream machines, doughnuts and a HUGE ball pit.
After it’s crazy success, the pop-up was bound to return this year, and now it’ll take over one of the most iconic stores in the CBD.
Myer sixth floor (the one that becomes Santa’s workshop over Christmas) will become a sugary heaven with 12 new rooms to explore! This includes a liquorice playroom, cookie house and a classic Aussie milk bar to take your nostalgia to the next level.
Don’t fear, the neon wall, swing and ball pit are returning. There are also night sessions for adults who’d rather enjoy the experience without the kids.
Where: Myer Bourke Street, CBD
When: 10th February - 20th March
