A Stride4stroke Community Fun Walk in aid of the Stroke Foundation will be held along the South Burnett Rail Trail.

WHEN:  Saturday November 25th

WHERE:  South Burnett Rail Trail, departing from the Murgon Railway Station

TIME:  8AM

The walk will proceed to Barambah Creek and back.

Stride4Stroke is the Stroke Foundation's annual campaign to raise much needed funds and awareness to prevent, treat and beat stroke.

Sadly, almost half of all Australian adults and almost 80 per cent of children are not doing enough physical activity, putting them at unnecessary risk of stroke.

Taking part in the Stride4stroke Community Fun Walk is a great way to keep active while raising money for an important cause.

Entry fees are a gold coin donation and there will be a lucky prize draw and a sausage sizzle/brunch available.

BYO hat, plenty of water and wear sunscreen. Everyone is welcome!
