This adored little Surry Hills café, Single O has completely revolutionised the coffee filter process and has launched the first-of-its-kind coffee on tap. 

Besides being extremely fast, the new filter coffee taps are also self-serve - This is dangerous.

Even though this is a barista-less process it'll set you back around $4–5 a cup, or you can order a tasting of three types for $7.

All you need to do is tap your credit card (don't look at the price) and wait 15 seconds while your eco-friendly cup or whatever item you've chosen fills with this delicious hot caffeinated goodness.

There are different uniquely crafted brews available which include the Sweet Sixteen Birthday Blend, which has a hint of peaches and cream; and the mango and guava-heavy Nicaragua Cup of Excellence.
