Stolen Vehicle Involved In Serious Kirwan Crash Injuring Six People

The Forensic Crash Unit is currently investigating a car crash at Kirwan this morning. 

Three people were rushed to the Townsville Hosptial, two having serious head injuries, and the other with serious leg injuries. 

Three of the injured in the 6:55am crash are understood to be teen and pre-teen boys. 

Another three other people were also taken for treatment with less serious injuries. 

The driver of the stolen vehicle has been identified as a juvenile and is in Police custody in hospital. 

It's believed the vehicle was stolen from a Cranbrook address.
