Steve Irwin Is Honoured In Today's Google Doodle On What Would Be His 57th Birthday

Google is honouring Aussie icon Steve Irwin in today’s Google Doodle.

The conservationist and all-round legend would be celebrating his 57^th birthday today, and he’s being remembered with an animated Irwin in his element – exploring the outdoors, canoodling with wild life and with his family. You can check out the animations on Google. 

Steve’s wife Terri Irwin spoke to the Hit Network about the animations:

“They said they really wanted to honour Steve on what would be his 57^th birthday, so we were very proud they wanted to release this not only in Australia but around the world.”
