The U.S version of the beloved show, The Office, was a hit and we all have the fondest feelings for it.

We’ve been itching for news about the reunion that’s being talked about and the latest goss we have is… a huge kick to the face.

Steve Carell has confirmed that he WILL not take part in any continuation of the show.

Carell revealed to TIME that he has no plans to ever revive his character of Michael Scott, because he loved the role “too much” to ever go back.

"I've never thought of it as a good idea. I think it existed in that time and with those people and it felt right.

"There was something so special about it, and I guess it's an odd way to put it, but I love it too much to ever want to do it again. It's too special to me in my heart in that period of time.”

While Steve isn’t up for a revival, most of his cast mates are, so let’s hope this goes ahead!!!
