Should Adelaide City Council Introduce Clear Recycle Bins?

This week, a Western Australian council made headlines when they announced they would be trialling clear wheelie recycle bins in an attempt to encourage residents to recycle correctly and reduce waste.

So this morning, Bec and Cosi gave their opinions on the notion and asked listeners if they think it would be a good or bad idea to introduce the clear bins in Adelaide.
