SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium Have Welcomed Three New Little Penguins!

In case you need a little cuteness fix to wrap up your weekdays, we have some very adorable news from SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium!

The aquarium has today welcomed three new female Little Penguins into their home.

P Diddy, Mushroom and Ki Ki (incredible names) have been introduced to hopefully meet their soulmate and kick off breeding season, with SEA LIFE nicknaming them ‘The Bachelorettes’. 

“We are very excited to welcome these three new female birds into our colony. We are hoping that they might catch the eye of our bachelors who have been waiting for their arrival,” says Laetitia Hannan, Displays Department Supervisor.

For those of you desperate for some dating goss you’ll be keen to know that right now the Bachelorettes are “playing hard to get” and  “haven’t shown particular interest in any of the males – yet.

"Original male member Hadron, however, seems to have taken an interest in Ki Ki so only time will tell if she reciprocates this flirtatious behaviour.”
