Injuries Too Much For Gold Coast Hurdler
Gold Coast Olympic gold medalist Sally Pearson is retiring.
A string of persistent injuries has become too much for the champion hurdler, less than 12 months out from the Tokyo Games.
The 32 year old hurdler won the 100m hurdles at the 2012 London Games, she's also a two-time Commonwealth Games gold medalist and World Champion.
