Professor Barry Marshall is one of two WA microbiologists who discovered that stomach ulcers were caused by bacterial infection, not stress as previously thought.

Professor Marshall will present a public lecture 'Reflections on the Road to the Nobel Prize: The Making of a Nobel Laureate' at Albany Town Hall on 27 June from 5.30pm.
Tickets are $10 and are available for purchase through Paperbark Merchants or online here.
