People make mistakes, it's just a fact of life, but sometimes, a mistake is broadcast to the entire world and well, people notice and it just doesn't end well.

This morning, Vanity Fair unveiled the cover of their annual Hollywood Issue which this year, features Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman (obviously!), Tom Hanks, Oprah Winfrey, Harrison Ford, Robert De Niro and a bunch of other graceful actors and actresses.

The cover, shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, is spectacular, but whoever was in charge of editing it has made not one, but two big boo-boo's that the entire world instantly picked up one.

Firstly, Reese, who is sat elegantly next to Oprah on the cover, has three legs.

In the picture, you can see the actresses legs tucked behind her nicely, but then a third leg is just hovering underneath her dress...

But that's not all.

In another photo from the shoot (which presumably appears later in the magazine), Oprah has three hands!

In the photo, Oprah has one hand on her hip, another resting on her left leg and ANOTHER wrapped around Reese!

Word actually got to Reese about her new leg and she took it pretty well...

And like a true champ, Oprah chimed in with this little comment...

THIS IS TRUE FRIENDSHIP PEOPLE!

We also accept Oprah and Reese's third limbs and can only hope that we see more of them!
