Qantas is considering offering incentives like flight vouchers to Aussies who have received the COVID jab.

Other incentives could include frequent flyer points and credits to travellers. This is to boost vaccination numbers to help get borders permanently reopened.

VIC enters first day of lockdown; QANTAS to offer vaccine incentives

Qantas Chief Customer Officer Stephanie Tully said they're motivated to help with the vaccination effort.

“We’re still thinking through how this would work, but the incentive could be Qantas points, Qantas or Jetstar flight vouchers, or status credits for frequent flyers.”
“Qantas is a big supporter of Australia’s vaccine rollout because of what it means for public health, but also because it’s the key to keeping our domestic borders open and safely restarting international travel as well," she said.

Domestic flights have been impacted due to Victoria's 7-day lockdown.
