Three people have been charged, following those protests outside last night's Opening Ceremony.
A group was legally demonstrating for Aborginal rights in the carpark outside Carrara Stadium at 7:30 on Wednesday evening, before some of the protesters allegedly tried to get into the venue without tickets.
A 20-year-old man and two women, aged 21 and 30, were arrested and charged with public nuisance.
They'll all face court after the Commonwealth Games wrap up.
The Queensland Police Service has issued a statement saying while it respects the right of people to protest lawfully and peacefully in Queensland, it won't tolerate disruptive behaviour during the Commonwealth Games.
