As you make your way along the Light Walk through the Royal Botanic Gardens you will stumble across an old school Fisherman’s wharf inspired bar and eatery amidst the glowing trails.

Whether you’re in need of warming up with a cheeky Mulled Wine, or fancy a supper by the sea, buoy oh buoy you’ll be thankful you stopped by on your quest throughout the city.

Let’s start at the bar with the aptly named, H.M.A.S Royal Archie; a lustrous blue concoction of Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin, pineapple and macadamia! 

Or the Harbour Rose featuring Archie Rose’ Original Vodka, watermelon, citrus and pink lustre, there’s also the New South Wh-Ale if you fancy a brew alongside a selection of vinos by the glass and bottle .

Cast your net to the other side and you’ll get caught up in nostalgia with golden, fried fish and beer battered chips with a generous dollop of tangy tartare wrapped in paper.

Enjoyed on your own or with the kids, serving a family of four.

Warm the cockles with the Famous Fish Chowder, there’ll be no need to lick the bowl with this one because you can eat that too! You heard right, this creamy deliciousness is served in a bread bowl and tastes like a giant hug feels.

There are few foods more comforting than a hearty pot pie or big bowl of mac ‘n’ cheese and thankfully the menu features both, however, this mac is really something special, featuring chunks of fresh lobster meat and sprinkled with a crispy garlic crumb.

Following the same old school takeaway vibe is the crispy and sweet pineapple fritters, sprinkled with a generous dusting of cinnamon sugar and topped with a scoop of classic vanilla ice cream.

Sydneysiders and tourists will be flocking to the official pop-up bar and eatery in The Royal Botanic Gardens this Vivid.

The pop-up will be located along the Light Walk and will be operating nightly from 6pm until 11pm, from Friday 24th May through to Saturday 15th June 2019.
