Police Investigations Continue into Yesterday’s Armed Robbery at Harristown

Police continue their investigations into yesterday’s armed robbery of a Harristown chemist.

Around 9am a woman entered the business on Drayton Road armed with a metal bar and demanded cash.

Police will allege that a female employee was left with a small wound to her face and arm as a result of the incident.

The 19-year-old fled the scene with cash.

She was apprehended a short time later nearby.

Police are asking for any witnesses or anyone with dash-cam footage to please contact them as their investigations continue.
