This is the story of a 34 year old mother of two from Fremantle who has not giving up hope of beating stage four colon cancer, despite being told by doctors here that she only has months to live.

Chanelle Moles bravely spoke about her journey with Pete, Matt and Kymba and revealed that she's off to Texas next week for specialised treatment. Her family has started a GoFundMe page to help raise funds for the procedure, which has already raised over $220,000.

It's a brave, emotion charged chat with a Mum fighting to stay alive for the sake of her family and in particular, her children.

LISTEN:

"The statistics that I have of a good outcome for this treatment are vastly higher compared to anything offered here,

"In that way I feel very hopeful... of course, my mind goes to the 'what if this doesn't work out', but I can't think like that. I've just got to believe."

As you'd expect, Chanelle also took time to thank everyone - family, friends and strangers, for their help and support.

"It's incredible, I can't really put how it feels into words,

"It just shows how many families are affected by this kind of thing, which is unfortunate,

"In this situation, it's the love and the kindness and the generosity of everyone, it's just given us so much hope,"

Chanelle, we're all behind you on this journey. Thank you so much for sharing your story with us.
