A Parkes man being sentenced tomorrow

Parkes man, Stephen John Swindle' (30) will be sentenced tomorrow morning at Dubbo Local Court by Magistrate Philip Stewart.

Swindle has been found guilty of ten counts of dishonestly obtain financial advantage by deception.  Mr Swindle was charged early last year after an investigation was undertaken in regard to the fraudulent sale and delivery of more than $86,000 worth of livestock feed.
