Osher Günsberg has recently opened up a lot about his mental health and the tough things he has battled through.
Now, he’s delved even deeper into his past with The Feed SBS Viceland to open up about his past experiences of psychosis, alcoholism, depression and anxiety, and what eventually helped to save him from taking is own life, when he felt it was the only option he had left.
He explained that when he believed taking his own life was his only option that he was “in a lot of trouble.
“I was very, very close, I was a breath away from not coming back.”
