There is no denying that Franco Cozzo is one of the biggest Melbourne icons of all time, and now he will be celebrated in a local documentary.
Titled Palazzo di Cazzo, the movie will explore Cozzo’s extraordinary life; from his arrival from Sicily to building his furniture empire.
The film will also cover the post-war evolution of Australian culture as our country welcomed migrants from around the world. It’ll also discuss how furniture taps into multiculturalism today.
The project, directed by Madeleine Martiniello, is currently accepting donations. You can contribute to the film here.
