Newcastle House Prices Rise, Rest Of The Hunter Still Falling

Newcastle has seen another slight rise in property prices.

According to CoreLogic the city's median house prices went up 0.7 per cent in July, and followed another small increase in June.

It's a different story elsewhere around the Hunter, with prices continuing to drop in Lake Macquarie, Maitland and Port Stephens.
