If you love yourself a nice glass of wine on a weekend to wind down after a hard week, then this one is for you.

You’ve probably tried your fair share of red, white or rosé, right?

Well, we bet you haven’t tried BLUE wine…

That’s right, there’s a new blue wine on the market and it’s naturally that colour!

Entrepreneur René Le Bail created the completely natural turquoise-coloured wine.

While it IS blue, it’s actually a Chardonnay white wine, which has been put through the pulp of red grape skin, which turns the white wine to BLUE!

René spoke to a French newspaper about his creation, explaining, "It's 11 per cent which means it's not a super strong wine. It has a fruity taste, there's cherry, passion fruit and blackberry.

"Women appreciate it very much. It is an ideal wine for the summer, to drink on the sand or at the edge of the swimming pool.

"As soon as it enters the mouth, we have cherry aromas.”
