Murrumbidgee Mill to become The Mill Holiday Inn and Suites

Wagga’s historic Murrumbidgee Flour Mill and Grain Store is set to be transformed even more, with work set to start with the next six months on the new Holiday Inn and Suites.

The 148-room development will be Wagga's largest hotel, on six levels, and will incorporate the heritage-listed Mill.

It’s tipped the development will create up to 150 jobs during the construction phase, and around 70 ongoing positions once the hotel opens.

The entire project is estimated to take between 18 months and 2 years.
