Multi-Vehicle Crash On Sydney Harbour Bridge Leaves One Person Dead

A woman has died following a head-on crash on the Sydney Harbour Bridge this morning, NSW Police has confirmed.
Just before 7:15am, emergency services were called to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, after reports a Mitsubishi Mirage travelling north and a BMW travelling south collided
The female driver of the Mitsubishi died at the scene.
Her two passengers – both men believed to be aged in their 30s – were treated for head injuries. They have both been taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. One is reported to be in a serious condition.
The driver of the BMW – a woman believed to be aged in her 40s – remains trapped and Police Rescue are working to release her.
Officers from Sydney City Police Area Command attended, while the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit will commence an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A serious multi-vehicle crash on the Sydney Harbour Bridge has left one person dead and several others seriously injured.
Paramedics have confirmed one person has died, two others are in a critical condition and one person has left with minor injures.
According to 7News, the crash occurred when cars collided head-on at 7am this morning, on the Bradfield Highway at Millers Point.
All northbound lanes of the bridge are closed, as well as three of five southbound lanes.
Motorists in both directions should use Sydney Harbour Tunnel instead, with traffic heavy in both directions.
Emergency services and traffic crews are on site.
