Channel Seven’s SAS Australia is the grittiest reality show we’ve seen on Aussie screens in a while.

So, it’s no surprise the recruits are dropping off fast - we wouldn’t have lasted five minutes! The latest participant to leave the show was champion cricketer Mitchell Johnson.

Speaking about his time on the show on air this morning, Mitchell gave us some insight into what filming was like and how the cast reacted to Firass Dirani’s antics during training.
