Michael Jackson’s nephew Taj Jackson has hit back at allegations made against his uncle in the recent documentary ‘Leaving Neverland’.

Jackson spoke on-air with Nick, Jess and Simon. Referring to the recent documentary that’s slammed his uncle’s reputation, Taj Jackson said “it should be backed by fact, not just someone’s word”.

“This for me is the biggest back stab that you could possibly give” said Jackson, referring to his previous friendship with accuser and Australian choreographer Wade Robson, who features in the documentary alleging that Michael Jackson sexually abused him as a child.

“I’m not asking you to blindly believe me or believe my family, I’m just asking you to search for the truth it’s out there” said Jackson.

Jackson also recalled his last memories with Michael, sharing his late uncle’s desire to go into the world of film making before his passing in 2009.
