Melbourne Just Got An Arcade w/ Dodgem Cars, Bowling Alleys & A BAR!

Every Aussie kid will remember heading down to their local arcade with your pocket money in tow. You’d spend weekends trying your luck at every game possible with the dream of taking home a sweet prize. Hello Playstation 2!

These days, you might want to swap out your slurpies for daiquiris. Unfortunately, you can’t get away with that with a bunch of kids running around. Melbourne, it’s time to return to your youth!

Archie Brother Cirque Electriq has opened its doors in The District Docklands, and oh my, kid-ults are in for a treat! As well as play 67 arcade games, you can smash into your friends in the dodgem cars, get strikes in the bowling alleys, enjoy virtual reality and test your luck in shooter games in the XD theatre. YEP, it’s all there!

After all that gaming, you’ll need a feed. Archie Brothers are serving up all your favourite drinks including speciality cocktails made in a full service bar. It’s accompanied by a gourmet kitchen which serves modern twists on all your favourite carnival-style foods, like burgers, hotdogs and fries. There are also whipping up a bunch of crazy shakes to keep the sugar levels high.

Of course, kids aren’t totally locked out of the arcade, but once it hits 8pm, it’s strictly adults only!
