A man in his 30s has been hurt in a serious crash between a vehicle and pushbike at Arundel this morning.
Paramedics were called to Brisbane Rd, near the Marble Arch Pl intersection at 8:08am on Friday.
Ambulance officers transported a patient under lights and sirens to the Gold Coast University Hospital, suffering from head and shoulder injuries.
The crash caused some delays in the area, with Translink warning commuters that buses would be running up to 25 minutes late.
It followed an earlier pushbike incident at Mermaid Beach.
One patient was taken to hospital with a shoulder injury, after a cyclist and car collided at the corner of Albatross Avenue and Lavarack Road at 7am.
