The jury in the Sophie Mirabella defamation case has sided with the former Indi MP - over the Benalla Ensign newspaper. After 5 days of testimony - the 6 person jury agreed an article published back in 2016 did defame Mirabella. The article suggested she pushed current Indi MP Cathy McGowan out of a photo for political benefit. A damages hearing will be held today.
