Live The Life Of A Christmas Elf This Year With The Griffith Christmas Working Group

Griffith City Council is calling on members of the community to help light up Griffith this December as part of the new Christmas Working Group!

The Working Group will advise Council on potential activity programs for the festive season, and spread Christmas cheer across the region. 

Councillor Dino Zappacosta, who put forward the Notice of Motion for the Christmas Working Group to be formed, said that the group is a response to feedback received last year regarding a lack of Christmas spirit. 

“In the past we’ve had a Christmas committee which was successful in helping add some cheer. Ideally we’d work with a wide cross-section of community members, including businesses, to create something really special."
