There's a lot going on around the world at the moment and much of it is completely unfamiliar to us!

With many of Australians now self-isolating and receiving warnings from the Government, not to touch our face and to wash our hands as often as possible, there is a lot more to worry about which can cause some serious anxiety. 

What can we touch? What can't we touch? Did I touch my face?

Jess & Tim discussed the issue this morning, touching on anxiety and whether it's normal to feel a little stressed out about the whole ordeal. 

Jess shares a story about a recent incident that unfolded while trying to do something as simple as crossing the street and how the current COVID-19 situation has made normal day to day tasks, much more difficult.
