The Kingaroy Rotary Club has donated around $36,000 worth of defibrillators across the South Burnett, with the latest going to the Kingaroy Showgrounds and Caravan Park last week.

Rotary member Ray Pitt says they choose locations where a large number of people congregate including the Library, Kingaroy Shoppingworld, SBcare, the Gold Club, RSL and SES in Nanango and Kingaroy.

The latest donation marks the 12th defibrillator that the Rotary Club have given out and it doesn’t stop there with plans to donate more to areas like Wondai and Memerambi.
