Jess Vs. Nick RUGRATS Debate! Who's In the Wrong??

Okay RUGRATS FANS, let's settle this debate!

Jess bet Nick $10 that he couldn't name 'the dad' on Rugrats. Nick however correctly named 'Chaz' as the dad on the Rugrats, so Jess had to pay him $10. 

BUT... Jess later discovered that Stu was the dad she was ACTUALLY thinking of and thinks he is 'the' dad. 

Does Nick owe her refund??
