A Molendinar man will face court later this month, accused of assaulting three members of Queensland's harness racing industry.

The 32-year-old was charged with two charges of assault occasioning bodily harm and two counts of common assault on Wednesday, following a four-month investigation involving the Queensland Racing Crime Squad and Queensland Racing Integrity Commission.

He has been bailed and will appear in the Southport Magistrates Court on February 15.

QRIC commissioner Ross Barnett said the charges were a great outcome and ensure people in the industry can "carry out their jobs without threats or fear of intimidation"
