Researchers from Newcastle University and the Hunter Medical Research Institute are looking for people to taste-test white wine!
Around 90 are needed to try a popular chilled white produced here in the Hunter - however the origin of the tipple will remain anonymous.
The study is hoping to learn about people's wine-drinking habits and thoughts on the taste and price of a new wine.
There's three sessions planned on February 9, 12 and 13 and each will take around 20 minutes.
Participants are being asked not to drive for four hours after a tasting.
