A modern rendition of one of Australia's favourite rock musicals will be hitting a Gold Coast stage this October!

HOTA's outdoor stage will be hosting legendary musical HAIR for two shows only on Friday, October 11th and Saturday, October 12th as part of a national tour hitting Perth, Geelong, Sydney and more.

TV and theatre heavy weights Hugh Sheridan and Paulini will be stunning audiences as Berger and Dionne with a creative, controversial and entertaining master piece!

Hugh Sheridan has been wowing audiences for years with epic TV performances in Packed to the Rafters, telemovie Never Tear Us Apart and House Husbands. 

Paulini is best known for her golden vocals, first hitting Australian screens on hit TV show Australian Idol, which she followed with her debut album Angel Eyes.

The creative explosion will be directed by Declan Greene whose recent production Blackie Blackie Brown was a massive hit boasting an amazing script and ingenious story telling.  

The famous musical is based in the 1960's, addressing popular cultural issues of the time, when faith was beginning to dwindle during the Vietnam War. 

HOTA's outdoor stage was broken in last year by talented performances from Tim Minchin, Laurie Anderson and Neil Finn.
