Getting there, parking and road closures

Road Closures for the Dawn Service will be similar to 2018.

Bus-only lanes will operate in parts of Wellington and Havelock Streets to ensure a smooth operation of the free shuttle bus from the Perth Busport to the ANZAC Dawn Service in Kings Park.

Please be advised that road closures and traffic detours will be in effect on 25 April 2019 around the Perth CBD for the safety of patrons, emergency access and event organisers.

It is recommended that you take public transport to ANZAC Day events. RSLWA recommends you plan your journey via the Transperth website.

Parking passes and reserved seating accreditation are available for aged, infirm, and disabled Veterans. Accreditation and parking can be obtained by contacting RSLWA on (08) 9287 3799. Or by email.

Other Viewing Locations

In 2019, you can view the service on six large screens surrounding the commemorative site which is in Kings Park. Some areas will be controlled by security and low fencing for safety and viewing comfort. The screens ensure that good viewing is accessible for all.
