Student develop priceless engineering, coding and collaboration skills
The team of 11 students across Years 7-12 will leave for Houston, USA this week and will keep the community up-to-date on their Team Blog.
To assist with the cost to compete in the tournament, the Hastings Secondary College Primary School partners, Hastings Valley Community of schools (HVCS), are conducting a range fundraising activity in support.
Director of Public Schools, Graham Small said, "As a team, the collective efforts of staff, parents and community of Public Education from Kindergarten to Year 12 have contributed to the sponsorship success of our Hastings Heroes championing student future-focused learning".
By participating in this unique competition, it gives students the opportunity to develop priceless engineering, coding and collaboration skills.
