Google Chrome Users Advised To Update Browser After Security Issue

Google is advising people to update their Chrome browsers immediately, following a security issue this week.

The bug could allow hackers to take over your computer, with it understood that hackers noticed the lapse before Google had noticed it.

However, if you do use Chrome as your preferred browser, there is no reason to be seriously alarmed - instead, update your browser and you will be covered.

At the time of writing, it is unclear what could happen if users don't update their software.
