GC Rollers To Kick Off QBL Season In Carrara This Weekend

Gold Coast Rollers are gearing up to kick off a massive season of basketball with a home game double-header this weekend against Mackay Meteors and Southern District Spartans.
Gold Coast Rollers head team sponsor, Billy Cross, said the team is confident going into the 2019 season that they will make the playoffs for the second consecutive year.
“This is the strongest team we’ve ever seen for the Rollers, everyone’s feeling the energy they have when playing together and we’re expecting our best season yet."
Cross added that it has been exciting welcoming two American imports (LJ Rose & Spencer Parker), who are expected to play a vital role in the team's success throughout the season.

Tickets are $10 for adults, with free entry for kids under 16. Available online or at the door.
