Fires In Aberfeldy / Thomson Valley Area Have Merged

Fire continues to be a concern for residents in the Aberfeldy / Thomson Valley area. 

So far, the blaze has burned through 4,500 hectares and fire crews working around the clock battling the inferno.

The separate fires in the area have now joined together, and the Incident Controller will give the community an update during the information session tomorrow (2nd of February) at the Erica Community Hall at 10 am.
