Even Buckingham Palace was celebrating Queen's Golden Globes' wins yesterday, with the actual Queen's Guard treating onlookers to a rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody.

Just hours after Rami Malek took home the honour for Best Actor and the film itself won Best Drama Motion Picture, the Band of the Grenadier Guards began playing the hit track in the courtyard of Her Majesty's main residence.

Tourists who had gathered to watch the changing of the Guard were pretty stunned:

While the Guards usually stick to ceremonial music, they have been known to break out a special every once in a while like, for example, the James Bond theme song.

But Monday's performance was a clear nod to the Freddie Mercury biopic of the same name, which beat A Star Is Born at Sunday's Golden Globes ceremony in LA.
