If you're feeling down about your body, it might be time for a social media detox.
Psychologists are warning that "fitspo" images on Facebook and Instagram is breeding body image issues.
Sally Harry, Director of Body Positive Australia, said social media detoxes are becoming part of care for those with eating disorders.
She said they encourage victims to consider who they follow:
"Improve your feed so it can be used for good and recovery, rather than being used for sort of feeding the eating disorder, or making things harder or more negative."
"There's a lot of great body positivity out there. But the thing to look out for is there's quite a lot of people who masquerade as body positive."
She said it's important to follow accounts with a range of body types.
