E! People’s Choice Awards
Ready To Rock The Red Carpet
This Monday is the E! People’s Choice Awards and we will be rocking the red carpet! Our favorite show of the year will be held at an airport hanger in Los Angeles (epic), and Hollywood’s Who’s Who will be out in droves.
The PCA’s is the only show that is solely voted by fans, which is why the celebs love it so much! 43 categories ranging from Male Movie Star Of 2019 to Reality Show Of 2019 - to The Animal Star Of 2019 and everything in between! While we gag over all the awards, our favorite of course is The Australian Social Media Star Of 2019 – already awarded to the incredible Jade Tuncdoruk.
So what can we expect? Well, performances from the phenomenal Kelsea Ballerini and Alessia Cara.
Similar to the 2019 Academy Awards and 2019 Emmy Awards, the People's Choice Awards have no designated host. Instead, several celebrities will grace the stage to not only present but walk audience members and viewers through highlights of pop culture's biggest moments of the year.
Dozens of A-listers are slated to hand out awards throughout the night, including David Spade, Jenna Dewan, Bellamy Young, Sarah Hyland, Joey King, Kelly Rowland, KJ Apa, Terry Crews Asante Blackk, Brittany Snow, D'Arcy Carden, Jacob Tremblay, Karamo Brown, Karen Gillan, Kat Dennings, Lucy Hale, Maggie Q, Rob Riggle, Sean Hayes, Storm Reid and Tom Payne. Athletes including Alex Morgan and Coco Gauff and fashion designer Jeremy Scott are also expected to present awards and announce performers.
Wondering who's nominated?
Altogether, awards will be handed out in 43 different categories ranging from the movie of 2019 and the TV show of 2019 down to the pop podcast of 2019 and the Beauty Influencer of 2019. Dozens of prominent figures are nominated for awards but some of the biggest names include people like LeBron James, Megan Rapinoe, Ariana Grande, Jonas Brothers, Lizzo, Taylor Swift, Cardi B, Lil Was X, Bad Bunny, Drake, Jameela Jamil, Kristen Bell, Sterling K. Brown, Sophie Turner, Cole Sprouse and several others.
Watch E!’s Live From The Red Carpet from 11am on Monday, and the show itself at 1pm.
