Dubbo Regional Council Fuming Over Bad Driver Behaviour In Sydney

The Dubbo Regional Council has received multiple complaints from bus operators who are furious over drivers parking in clearly signed bus zones.

Dubbo Bus Lines Andrew Ferris said, “There’s been a growing number of cases over the last few months all across Dubbo, but the most troublesome spot in particular, is the main Dubbo square bus zone which in McQuarrie street, sort of the central stop for the whole network”.

Ferris reported that the majority of passengers are either disabled or elderly and said, “the inability for us to pull into these bus zones and these bus stops create a major safety concern”.

Dubbo Bus Drivers Have Had Enough:

It has promoted a reminder from the council that road users detected illegally using bus zones as parking spots during the hours of operation could be fined $272.
