Today, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, or Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as they're better known, touched down in Dubbo, New South Wales for the second day of their Australian Tour.

The couple are here to open this year's Invictus Games, but are touring around the country first before opening the sporting event.

This morning, Harry and Meghan touched down in the rural town of Dubbo and to commemorate the occasion, the town has created a brand new beer that they've dubbed the Dubbo Royale.

The beverage was created by the geniuses at the Old Bank Bar and the Hunter Valley's Hope Estate Brewery and is currently being served on tap and in cans during the royal tour.

The beer is being billed as a mix between UK and US cultures, just like the couple who are currently gracing Dubbo with their presence.

Col Mackintosh, the man behind the Old Bank Bar, told news.com.au that the beer is a "marriage in a can" with British lager that's been mixed with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops from the US.

Dubbo's Mayor, Ben Shields, is even having a couple with some of the Hit Network's local teams today:

As well as giving them this tasty beverage (that we really want to try), Dubbo will be putting on a picnic in Victoria Park for the Duke and Duchess this afternoon before they visit farmers who have been affected by the country's recent droughts.
