*TRIGGER WARNING* The content below might be distressing to some, as it discusses domestic violence.

This morning on the show, Cliffo & Gabi were joined by Simone O'Brien, a survivor of domestic violence who shared her story for Domestic Violence Prevention Month.

Simone spoke about how domestic violence creeped into her life with little red flags that didn't feel right with her. She admits she didn't know anything about domestic violence up until this point.

Simone mentioned the signs that things were getting bad, such as deleting contacts in her phone and having total control of her, amongst many others.

But what she wasn't expecting was things to take a turn and become physical. Simone has since had 52 operations and needs treatment every 7-10 days.
