Dardanup Council to Discuss Dog Exercise Area
Proposed Area is Eaton Foreshore
The debate over a proposed dog exercise area for the Eaton Foreshore has taken another turn.
Dardanup residents can have their say on a proposal to fence off a part of the Eaton foreshore for use as a dog park
47 objections have already been presented at a council meeting where the Eaton Townscape Committee Resolution has called for support with the further development of the concept of the fenced dog exercise area at the eastern end of the Eaton Foreshore.
The resolution asked for the survey to be sent to registered dog owners and the broader community.
The council voted 6/2 in favour of the resolution.
Feedback from the survey is expected to be released soon and a decision will be made at a meeting in March.
