This morning on the show, Josiah & Elly were joined by Dancing With The Stars' Constance Hall who had a message for listeners for International Women's Day.

Today she had some words of wisdom for women, inspiring us to support one another.

Constance spoke to Josiah & Elly about giving compliments to other women and the power of that - it even gave Elly goosebumps!
